OLD VOLSTEAD'S STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
Our mash bill includes 70% corn, 25% white wheat, and 5% malted barley. The wheat gives our bourbon that sweet, smooth flavor that makes for a great sipper. Aged for two years in new charred American white oak barrels, each batch is bottled from a single barrel. Old Volstead’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey features beautiful caramel and vanilla notes on the palate.

MT. DEFIANCE SMOKED VIRGINIA WHISKEY
Our smoked whiskey is made from a mash of Corn, Wheat, and Malted Barley. A high corn mash bill lends flavors of caramel, sweet corn, and minerality. This combines with the smoothness of wheat and hints of malted barley to create a truly unique whiskey. After distillation, we age it for at least 2 years in used oak and harvest it one barrel at a time to capture the most character. We introduce the smoky flavor from cherry wood, alder wood, and lemon balm as we cut the whiskey to 80 proof before bottling.
